Pay and Compensation

Job summary
The RN is responsible for providing patient care while maintaining the standards for the ICU setting. The nurse will need to have strong critical thinking skills and be able to respond quickly in acute settings. Good communication skills and the ability to provide education to the patient and family are required. This nurse will need advanced observation skills to be able to observe changes in the status of the patient.
Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of RN experience, with the last year working in the ICU setting

Active unencumbered state issued or multistate RN license (if applicable)

BLS (AHA or American Red Cross)
