They advocate and coordinate on behalf of patients to ensure they are prepared for all appointments, have consistent, excellent encounters, and receive thorough follow-up.From scheduling to pre-, intra and post-treatment care to long-term follow up, the Patient Experience Manager is a caring and knowledgeable guide that ensures that patients are treated with the utmost care and respect at every step and receive all of the support they need.Position Requirements Include: Have a Registered Dental Hygienist’s license Be Laser certified (or open to training)Be meticulous about oral health and the health of your patients.Provide above and beyond patient care.Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.Position Duties Include: Providing dental health education about tooth care and diet Removing plaque and calculus by scaling and polishing teeth Taking impressions and/or dental radiographs of teeth Carrying out screening and monitoring proceduresAnswer patient phone calls, emails and text messagesCheck patients in and out for appointmentsConduct patient intake and prepare patients for visitsHelp to provide direct patient care including general dentistry, endodontics, and oral surgery.Prepare patient charts in advance of appointments.Record treatment information in patient charts.Maintain quality control for a consistent, excellent patient experience.Provide hospitality amenities to patients on site.Provide patients with information on healthcare resources and services that support their treatment outcomes.Track patient satisfaction and present opportunities for improvement to leadership.Hiring now, please apply today!
