We need an Inside Sales Representative that can make calls to new and existing clients to help us grow.· We are a nationwide distributor of Medical Supplies and have multiple ways to save our clients’ money, shipping supplies to them within 48 hours.· Present online quotes for all new inquiries through our website.· Research and submit government bids.· Make sales calls and be proactive in building an active rapport with our high valued clients.· Monitor our clients order history to identify sales opportunities and expand our existing relationships.· Work directly with our outside sales team to conduct follow up calls and determine more of our client’s needs and close more sales.· This role will conduct sales calls to new clients and existing clients to explain how we can help them save on their medical supply orders.· This position will also act as backup to our order processor taking orders via fax, phone, email and EDI.· Provide customer service and support via phone and/or email when needed.· Work closely with CEO, Sales Team and our Operations Manager· We provide an excellent training to learn about the Radiology and Imaging field of business.Position Requirements include:· Sales skills including excellent interpersonal communication and closing sales· Strong verbal skills, customer service and follow up skills are critical· Strong attention to detail, organization and time-management· SAGE 100 or similar ERP software experience a plus· Salesforce CRM· Bachelor’s degree preferred.
