No Experience Necessary , New Grad We have designed a New Program for the Newly Licensed RNs who have no experience at all .
The idea behind the project is to help new licensed RNs acquire the necessary experience.
The job is a full time position at a local hospital.
The pay is equal to what the hospital pays for new hires.
