– LPN After Hours (PRN/Resource) to join our team of professionals.

Overview: This position contributes to AccentCare’s missionby providing nursing care to maximize the comfort and health of patients and families in accordance with the interdisciplinary plan of care, under the supervision of a Hospice Registered Nurse.Positions Over Which Supervisory Responsibility is Held: none Qualifications: 1.
Associate degree, preferred2.
Licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in state(s) practicing3.
Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification, preferred a.
Direct Patient Care in Georgia, required4.
Previous experience in hospice, home health, general medical surgical or patient population specific (i.e., geriatrics, pediatric, etc.) nursing5.
Must have reliable automobile, valid drive’s license and the minimum state required liability auto insurance6.
Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills7.
Demonstrated familiarity and use of agency and state(s) policies and protocols and federal regulations pertaining to provision of hospice and nursing services8.
Working knowledge of computer programs, especially Microsoft Office Suite products and EMR systems9.
Ability to work as part of an interdisciplinary team10.
