Invest in professional development of staff and foster a culture of learning.
Inspire employees and contracted providers to own the philosophy, goals, policies and protocols of the organizationConnect with community partners and other healthcare settings to reach underserved communities.
Partner with governing body to ensure hospice follows all applicable Federal, State and Local laws to achieve Quality Assurance initiativesProvide leadership and oversight to support growth through strategic plans in collaboration with the Business Development teamsOversee and manage financial performance and program success by examining KPIs, Retention, Quality, Access and Financial ViabilityEnsure the hospice offers an individualized plan of care for all patients/familiesLead sites to meet our company commitment to DEI
