Anchor Health, LLC is seeking a Hospice Clinical Liaison – LVN or RN Preferred to become a part of our team!
You will coordinate services in hospitals, clinics, private homes or similar.
The ideal candidate for Hospice Clinical Liaison (Business Development) will preferably have a proven track record of success in hospice.
Our ideal candidate will be a LVN (CA Licenced Vocation Nurse) or RN (Registered Nurse), however other candidates with solid hospice experience may be considered for this position.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate service(s)
- Work collaboratively with physicians to implement appropriate service(s)
- Maintain a clean environment to ensure patient safety
- Establish and enforce healthcare policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in hospice or home health fields
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
