In this role, you will serve as the case manager by coordinating and providing all aspects of nursing care for the residents.

Provides for the emotional needs of both the resident and family, and counsels as needed.

Requirements: The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:Current State license as Registered Nurse (RN)Current or eligible for certification in CPRMust have reliable transportationTo protect the health and safety of our residents, employees, and the communities we serve, Acts has implemented a mandatory COVID-19 and Influenza (Flu) vaccination requirement for all employees.
