The Home Health Physical Therapist will be working at a privately-held healthcare facility that is the regions provider for multiple services including, Emergency Services, Telemetry, Surgical Services and a Family Birthing Center. With newly updated technologies and equipment, the PT will be able to ensure the highest quality of physical therapy patient care.
TheHome Health Physical Therapist will conduct themselves with excellent and professional bedside manner while providing physical therapy for a wide range of medical injuries or disabilities. Working collaboratively with the physician, the IHome Health Physical Therapist will both determine the best approach to the patient for the best course of action in physical therapy, ensuring high quality care. In doing so, the PT will perform, measure and evaluate patient tests including, but not limited to: range of motion and manual muscle tests, gait, functional analysis and body parts analysis. Furthermore, the PT will be a graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy School approved by the APTA and be current California PT licensed.
