You’ll be responsible for developing, maintaining, and growing a network of repeat referral sources within an assigned territory. Referral sources will include hospitals, physicians, nursing homes, assisted living communities, and other prospects and accounts as assigned. Responsible for achieving sales goals as assigned.This role requires a very high level of personal commitment and drive. This is important, so don’t forget!Must have exceptional interpersonal and customer services skills; must be able to effectively solve unique problems as they arise or identify when to consult the supervisor.Familiarity with general health care concepts and terminology. Knowledge/experience of home care strongly preferred.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or Health Sciences related field (preferred).Some sales experience, preferably in a service industry.Must have the ability to effectively plan and provide coordination of patient care consistent with standards and regulations.Must be able to demonstrate problem-solving abilities and have excellent telephone, interpersonal and written communication skills. Strong commitment to teamwork and customer service, both internally and externally, is required.
