Elite Home Health is looking for responsible and reliable CNA’s to help our growing agency.
We have a full-time need in the Utah and Salt Lake County areas.The CNA we’re looking for will function as a member of the Home Health team supervised by a Patient Care Manager.
Perform various services for a patient as necessary to meet the patient’s personal needs, to promote the patient’s comfort, and a safe environment.
Observe patients and report/document these observations and the services provided.
Perform or assist patient with personal care activities as prescribed in the care plan, including but not limited to hygiene, mobility and elimination.Job requirements:
– Fantastic Team player-Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment-Effectively use charting systems, maintaining HIPAA regulations
– Completion of CNA program and have CNA specific experience-Satisfactory references from employers and/or professional peers.-Ability to pass a background check
