We’re seeking a Home Health Aide who will embrace our mission to extend God’s care through the ministry of physical, mental and spiritual healing.As a Home Health Aide you will:
•Assists with rising patient care needs
•Provides excellent personal care to patients to maximize satisfaction according to Aide Plan of Care
•Maintains safe environment in patient’s home
•Manages visiting caseload productivity within the appropriate expected time frame
•Documents care provided to meet regulatory requirements in Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
•Consults with professional staff on patient problems and is involved with long and short-term goals that are consistent with organization’s vision, mission, values and goals
•Completes continuing education and competency requirements within designated time frames as specified by Medicare conditions of participationQualifications Include:
•Valid Maryland Board of Nursing Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
•Valid American Heart Association BLS/CPR Certification
•Valid driver’s license with agency insurance requirements
•CNAs with a year or more of experience after certification required
