POSITION: Family Medicine Physician BENEFITS Salary Range: Option : Base salary of $189,000 (for those just completing training) with additional compensation for experience with a guaranteed salary for 2 years.
Can be switched to a wRVU production contract when exceeding target.
(5% less for those not yet boarded, switched when become boarded) Option : Base salary of $236,000 (75%tile) guaranteed for one year and then switched to production contract.
