AECOM Program & Project Management Business Unit is currently seeking to hire a highly qualified Project Manager to support a large Healthcare Project/Program.
This Project/Program involves planning, design, construction, commissioning and closeout of projects.
This position will be on-site at a client site located in Los Angeles, CA.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Manages one or more very complex project, involving a combination of the following:
Clients with a national geographic footprint; OR
Projects involving a full spectrum of services offered by IE; OR
Other complexities, such as projects that involve litigation, environmental protection, due diligence, etc.
Manages all phases of projects (from beginning to close out).
Has consenting and regulatory authority for approvals.
Manages other Project Managers.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelors Degree in Architecture, Engineering or Construction Management plus a minimum of four (4) years of project management experience supporting complex construction projects.
Preferred Qualifications
Masters Degree in Architecture, Engineering or Construction Management.
Licensed professional in California, and/or Certified Construction Manager.
LEED AP Certification.
Building Information Modeling, (BIM) experience.
