Healthcare Litigation Attorney

Messner Reeves LLP, is a dynamic, full-service law firm, nationally recognized for its expertise in litigation and trial, healthcare/professional liability, general liability, and general corporate representation.
We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Litigation Attorney to join our quickly growing office in California .

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

Desire to thrive in a high-paced environment, requiring exceptional organizational skills, handling client matters, and adhering to strict deadlines.
Experience handling all phases of general liability, complex commercial and insurance defense litigation matters.
Extensive experience in all phases of discovery, including written discovery, depositions of parties and experts.
Manage extensive motions practice.
Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, advocate for client interests and provide updates.
Ability to build strong relationships with potential clients while maintaining excellent services for existing clients.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years’ experience in Insurance Defense Litigation.
Strong research, writing, and analytical skills with attention to detail.
The ideal candidate will take the initiative, highly organized & has impeccable communication skills.
Ability to think creatively and strategically.
Ambitious attorneys that want to not only provide their clients with the best possible representation, but also want to grow their practice in a full-service firm.
Admitted to practice in the state California .

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $120,000.00 – $180,000.00 per year
