Member Engagement/Involvement
– communicating with members regularly to keep them informed and engaged.
Service Excellence
– providing members with the motivation, guidance, and programming to help them achieve results.
Leadership – motivating and lead team members to bring their best every day.
Community Outreach
– organizing and conducting events to build community awareness, foster goodwill, and drive new memberships.
Facility Excellence
– ensuring that the facility’s equipment and cleanliness consistently meet company standards.
