QualificationsRequired Experience improving the end to end journey so consumers can easily and confidently find and access the care they need Understands marketing and benchmarking relevant to digital strategy Understands enterprise strategic planning and alignment of organizational project/programs Understands the technical architecture for designing a digital front door strategy, including solutions BA/BS Degree in Business Administration, Health Care Administration, or Clinical Administration 8+ years of core revenue cycle management and/or relevant clinical operation experience, with a strong focus on contact center design and implementation 3+ years of management consulting, professional services, and/or project management experience Technical expertise of the front-end patient access revenue cycle modules of EMR systems such as Epic, Cerner or Allscripts Certifications in Epic Cadence, Grand Central (ADT) and/or Prelude highly desired Proven success in driving operational process improvement and change management for revenue cycle optimization projects within hospitals and/or health systems Advanced data manipulation and analytical skills using Excel Willingness to travel to client sites across the United States up to 75% (Monday-Thursday every week) Additional RequirementsThe successful candidate must not be subject to employment restrictions from a former employer (such as a non-compete) that would prevent the candidate from performing the job responsibilities as described.This position is available virtually from PST, CST or EST time zones.Due to our contractual requirements, to be eligible for this role, you must be fully COVID-19 vaccinated at time of hire.
