ResponsibilitiesAs a director within our commercial health revenue cycle practice, you will participate in and help direct nationwide business development and relationship management activities for Guidehouse Healthcare clients and prospects and provide leadership for structuring and integrating our current offerings to serve their needs.
You will play a key role in helping guide the firms continued development of leading-edge digital consulting, in the revenue cycle service line.The key differentiator of this leader is that you will be setting a platform for the digital front door.
You will leverage your comprehensive knowledge in healthcare operations, contact centers, business processes, strategies and technologies.
You understand how to streamline revenue cycle operations to gain efficiencies and lead technology initiatives, to ensure profitability within contact centers and healthcare entity/entities.ResponsibilitiesActive in building practice, specifically taking point in leveraging contact centers and supporting technology to refine Guidehouses revenue cycle / finance framework and our larger digital road mapProvide strategic analysis/assessments for our clients resulting in long term RCM transformational and digital workWork collaboratively within the broader Healthcare practice to identify opportunities for integrated engagements that deliver sustainable financial and value focused outcomesManage/oversee multiple complex contact center related Revenue Cycle engagements concurrently and keeps teams and clients on trackBuild strong relationships at the C suite and manages existing clients while growing the revenue cycle and larger Guidehouse consulting portfolioServe as one of the practice leaders developing the RCM staff through the lens of increased responsibility and promotionProduce quality of methodology (specifically as it pertains to Digital and contact centers) and engagement deliverablesUnderstand CDM methodologies, technologies and associated vendorsLeverage your strong data analysis abilities towards positive client outcomesMentor, develop, coach and recruit new and existing staff QualificationsRequiredMinimum of a Bachelor’s degree requiredA minimum of four (4) years’ experience selling revenue cycle and operation improvement solutions and consulting services to the larger health provider clients, with a track record of selling $3 million+ of services annuallyAt least ten (10) years of sales and/or delivery experience at the executive level of health provider clients, selling and delivering front-end revenue cycle (patient access, omni-channel technology, digital front door, contact center, cost reduction, revenue cycle IT optimization and shared services) solutions into the healthcare industry with a proven track record in executive salesA minimum of three (3) years of first tier consulting experience developing and delivering revenue cycle and operational solutions into healthcare providers with a proven track record of delivered successEHR expertise across the revenue cycle discipline (preferably with Epic or Cerner)Demonstrated success in solutioning and implementing innovative technical capabilities to significantly enhance the value of the solutionTrack record of delivering / overseeing healthcare programs in excess of $5 million annuallyExperience improving the end to end journey so consumers can easily and confidently find and access the care they needUnderstands marketing and benchmarking relevant to digital strategyUnderstands enterprise strategic planning and alignment of organizational project/programsUnderstands the technical architecture for designing a digital front door strategy, including solutionsWillingness to travel to client sites across the United States up to 75% Additional RequirementsThe successful candidate must not be subject to employment restrictions from a former employer (such as a non-compete) that would prevent the candidate from performing the job responsibilities as described.Due to our contractual requirements, to be eligible for this role, you must be fully COVID-19 vaccinated at time of hire.
