Best Life Brands, a family of companies serving the ever-growing senior healthcare community to live their Best Life, is currently looking for a Franchise Business Consultant (FBC) who is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with franchised business owners (franchisees) in order to provide the highest possible quality of support, training and coaching to help the owners to succeed. The FBC will help franchisees to optimize practices that help to maximize revenue and profit growth. Additionally, the FBCs will help owners to understand best practices to be able to execute on brand and required healthcare standards, meet regulatory requirements, and to ensure that the clients/patients of franchisees receive the highest quality of care.
Responsibilities:
- Establish strong working relationships with your assigned franchise owners.
- Consult and coach assigned owners with their sales strategy, operational processes, business planning, financial benchmarks and clinical execution.
- Assist in the adaptation of business practices as new laws pass that impact the healthcare industry.
- Support franchisees to ensure there is consistency in customer service and brand experiences.
- Serve as an expert in managing and running home healthcare locations with on-going knowledge of our programs and best practices.
- Collaborate with other key functional areas of the company to best assist owners in key areas of opportunity for them, including but not limited to, Clinical Services, National Accounts, Marketing, Finance, Franchise Development, and IT.
- Review, analyze, research, and develop best practices with top performing locations to share with other business owners.
- Train, visit, support, and encourage new owners from their time of signing their franchise agreement, through licensing, hiring staff, getting their first client, and accelerating growth from there ongoing.
- Create and manage specific business and action plans documenting system support interactions in our franchise support CRM daily.
- Act as Liaison of communication between Corporate and Franchisees.
- Maintain strong working knowledge of the Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD)
- Lead calls and other meetings with franchisees, groups of franchisees, committees and more.
- Identify and share best practice ideas to improve system standards.
- Support and attend our companys regional and national meetings.
- Gather and provide feedback to the corporate team relative to franchisee concerns.
- Attend educational conferences.
- Conduct field visits roughly 50% of your work time. Time spent in the field is critical to the success of this role.
- Plan, document and adhere to travel policies and procedures.
Requirements of the position:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or Healthcare-related field preferred.
- 5+ years in healthcare sales and/or management.
- Home health agency experience is preferred.
- Franchising experience is preferred.
- Prior training experience.
- Ability to work from home and travel up to 50%.
- Proven track record in driving revenue growth.
- Ability to engage with and influence successful business professionals.
- Demonstrated competency in business analysis, and business development.
- Exceptional written, verbal and consultative communication skills with the ability to influence, coach and motivate.
- Strong analytical, problem solving and time management skills.
- Basic proficiency in G-Suite, Microsoft Office products, and CRM systems
- Must be a highly motivated, self-manager who is goal oriented.
