HR Business Partner (HRBP), you will support the alignment of business initiatives with employees and management for their assigned service line or business unit.
The HRBP will serve as a strategic partner to leadership for the service lines or business unit they serve and will assess and anticipate HR related needs and deliver value added service that addresses the initiatives of the organization.
Additionally, the role will leverage and formulate partnerships across the Centers of Excellence (COE) and the hospital to ensure HR deliverables are addressed in a timely and thorough matter.Partners with business/functional leaders at the mid to senior level to influence the design and execution of the business strategy by providing consultative support and leadership.
Translates the business plan into talent and organizational plans and drives for results by building organizational capability and performance.
Liaisons with HR Tenet HR Operations and Global Service Center to ensure optimal HR collaboration and service levels to clients.
Qualifications:EducationPreferred: Bachelors degree desired.Masters highly desired.
PHR or SPHR highly preferred.ExperienceRequired: Experience 8+ years of professional HR experience with progressive and/or diverse responsibilities (performance management, change management, talent management, engagement, succession planning, retention, etc.).Strong employee relations background (anticipate, identify and facilitate resolution of employee relations issues).
Strong understanding and experience working with multiple disciplines such as employee relations, compensation, organizational development, performance management, talent acquisition, and state employment laws.
Consulting experience in a fast-paced environment.
Success working with a matrix organization achieving results through effective influencing and collaboration.Strong conflict resolution skills; ability to influence, deliver constructive advice, resolve problems, communicate solutions throughout the business, and positively influence change.
Strong communication skills and ability to develop reports and recommendations for departmental heads and management as well as stakeholders on various people management approaches, strategies, and solutions.Preferred: Healthcare and/or hospital experience highly preferred.
