Schedule: Monday/Wednesday/Friday 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Tuesday/Thursday 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Setting: Outpatient
Call: None
Volume: 21-23 patients per day
Patient Ages: All Ages
Procedures: Standard outpatient family practice. Newborns-85 with a variety of chronic health conditions. This clinic has a low number of PEDS patients but they want the provider to be open to seeing anything. I&D, wound care, packing, PAP, vaginal pelvic exams, wet
Cases: Bread and butter Primary Care coverage.
Support Staff: 1 on 1 support staff
EMR/Charting: epic
Requirements:
Boards: Board Certified
Certifications: BLS; DEA
