- FNP or PA with 1+ years of experience in Primary Care
- Full time perm – Mon -Fri 8a-5p and call is rotated through all providers and is very minimal – just answering after hour calls on occasion
- 18-20 ppd
- Must be comfortable with all ages and are actively seeing all ages
- Must be able to start ASAP and have a DEA in hand
- Spanish speaking highly preferred as well
