Please apply and lets set-up a time to chat!Duties and Responsibilities:Work one to one with consumers with autism or related disabilitiesImplement ABA interventions and proceduresCollect accurate and consistent data related to programs and target behaviorsProvide feedback to parents/caregivers and teachers outlined within the program planAccept and apply ongoing feedback provided by supervisors, administration and clinical directorCommunicate parental concerns and emergencies to supervisor immediatelyMaintain professionalism with consumers, parents/caregivers, and all FMBT personnelUtilize structured and unstructured time to implement outlined goalsUtilize NCPI techniques as part of a BIP when a consumer engages in high intensity aggressive behaviorProvide service to diverse families of both low and high SES homesAttend and participate in monthly clinical meetingsAttend and participate in ongoing agency wide trainingsCommunicate electronically via phone and emailMinimum Physical Requirements:Ability to play and interact with clients on the floor for extended durations of timeSit/stand/walk/run/jump/crouch/kneel/reach above head/crawl/bend and lift at least 50 pounds at any timeMaintain safety of the client and surrounding environment during sessionRequired Educational and Field Experience:Possess a BA/BS degree or higher in applied behavior analysis, psychology, child development, education, special education, social work, or a related field.Experience implementing Applied Behavior Analysis principles (Additional training provided)Experience working with special needs populationAdditional RequirementsMust be able to pass a criminal background checkProvide proof of immunization records and complete a TB testMust have a reliable car and maintain proof of auto insuranceMorning, mid-day and evening availability preferredBenefitsPaid Mileage and Drive timePaid Professional Liability InsuranceSocial Security InsuranceQuality-based SupervisionOpportunities for growth in the companyBCBA student supervision and internshipJob Type: Part-timePay: $16.00 $24.00 per hourVisit us on our careers site: https://fmbtagency.Com/by Jobble
