RESPONSIBLITIES:
A behavioral therapist is responsible for:
Providing one-on-one, in-home behavioral intervention to ABA Effects clients in accordance with the behavioral treatment plan.
Collecting and documenting accurate and timely records of a child’s performance via an electronic data collection software.
Reporting on patient progress to Case Managers and Board-Certified Behavioral Analysts (BCBA) and implementing feedback during each therapy session
Actively conduct session moving frequently and constantly repositioning in response to and in anticipation of the client’s movements and behaviors

QUALIFICATIONS/AN IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Must available Monday-Saturday from 8 am to 8 pm (This range is for availability, and you will not be scheduled these many hours in one week)
Must be willing to drive 30-mile radius from office in Alhambra, CA
Must be able to lift 30 lbs.
and be active to move frequently throughout session and constantly reposition themselves to respond to the movement and behaviors of the patient
Passion and enthusiasm for working with kids
Reliable transportation and proof of car insurance
Must pass tuberculous test
Must pass criminal background test (DOJ/FBI)
Familiarity with iPads and the Apple ecosystem
Minimum of High School diploma or equivalent
