Air Liquide Healthcare is active in providing innovative solutions in the respiratory care space through its subsidiary, Air Liquide Medical Systems which designs and manufactures medical devices such as mechanical ventilators.Job ResponsibilitiesDuties and ResponsibilitiesContribute to the definition and generation of “Proof of Concepts” in the medical gas field: Determining with the Innovation Program Manager the main product requirements Designing the electronics layer of the product to control actuators and sensors.
Testing the product to verify its compliance with the requirements.Contribute to the product development process: Generate appropriate levels of documentation, from requirements elaboration to design verification.Interface with other project contributors: Work together with the biomedical engineer, in charge of the mechanical conception.Qualifications & CompetenciesRequired BS in Biomedical or Electrical Engineering 2 year of experience Quality oriented mindset: generation of clear and concise documentation Interpersonal skills to interact with project contributors (internal) Creative and force of proposalAdditional InformationThis position is identified by Air Liquide as “safety-sensitive” and as such is subject to random drug testing in accordance with the current Drug and Alcohol Policy.Candidate must have valid unrestricted employment authorization in the U.S.
