This position provides great work/life balance as you can write your own schedule (Travel is limited to Cuyahoga County) The ideal candidate is a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) who has clinical, community-based experience working with young children and their families.

We are willing to train and encourage newly licensed grads to apply Requirements and Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Social Work, LSW license and related clinical experience/internship DC:0-5 training a plus, along with the ability to identify social-emotional and developmental challenges within infants and toddlers Knowledge of early childhood development and family dynamics Experience with home/community visiting Capable of adapting and reacting quickly and effectively Strong interpersonal skills and ability to maintain a positive attitude while supporting clients and addressing concerns Cultural competency to develop a working partnership with a diverse clientele Bilingual abilities a plus Responsibilities: Provide home and community-based behavioral health services for infants and children up to age 6 and their families Complete comprehensive behavioral assessments Build partnerships with parents, young children and an interdisciplinary team to address relationship and behavioral challenges at early ages Advocate with and on behalf of clients and their families Contribute to a foundation for life-long social and emotional well-being for young children Ensure compliance with all regulations and clinical guidelines We offer excellent medical, dental and vision benefits, generous paid time off (17 days of vacation initially, and then 22 days, 11 sick days per year, 13 holidays-includes December holidays shut-down week), generous retirement savings 403B plan with employer contribution, opportunities for professional development and regular clinical supervision.
