Salary $70K to $110K DOE Travel is 60-70% within Region Must live in the West Coast Region (CA, OR preferred) Responsibilities Director Clinical Operations Job Responsibilities Provide leadership to the Clinical Operations team by handling the day-to-day management of the department activities to ensure that nursing visits are completed in a timely manner for case openings, assessments, re-assessments, and that nursing visit documentation is completed correctly.
Work with Clinical Coordinators and Medical Order Coordinators to maintain compliance by ensuring that nursing documentation is completed and filed appropriately, tracking missing documentation and physician orders as needed.
Meet Client, Care Partner, and Referral Source satisfaction and customer service goals by working with nurses, case managers, vendors, physicians, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and to document cases in electronic medical record (EMR) system.
Manage staffing and training of RNs by: Hiring full-time a per diem RNs and Training RNs on AccentCare policies and procedures; use of EMR systems; and regulatory compliance.
Partner with Human Resources and other Operations departments to handle complaints and incidents, conduct staff training, roll out corporate and vendor initiatives, etc.
