Director of Quality – Medical Robotics

Description We’re a small team working on a phenomenal application of robotics in the fitness/wellness space, looking for someone to lead our quality engineering team in order to help us move from prototype to a commercially viable product.

You’ll be given the opportunity to drive the quality efforts on a team tackling advanced robotics applications for a remarkable product that will make people feel great, and once you see what were building, youll immediately understand why.

Requirements Degree in Technical Field.

5 years in quality engineering or equivalent technical roles.

2 years of leadership experience.

Must be extremely comfortable with FDA regulations for Medical Device Development.

Expert level experience with all V&V activities for complex hardware & software products.

Previous experience with IEC 60601-1, IEC 62304, PD IEC/TR 80002-1 & ISO 80001-2-2 is a must Significant experience with test automation and agile software development & processes.

Strong knowledge of GMP/GDP in both domestic and international regulatory environments, most importantly the FDA.

Strong analytical skills & willingness to learn & lead in a fast paced environment.

Even better if you have these skills as well: Previous experience in a Quality Engineering Management function in a global organization.

Quality engineering experience in both large and small companies, preferably in Med Tech.
