Director of Programs, Child Care Funds & Vice President, Child Care Corporations

R esponsibilitiesProvides leadership, direction and oversight Child Care Funds and Child Care Corporation, and Future of America Learning Center (FALC) to assure implementation and compliance with the Fund’s mission and established annual programs, financial goals, objectives and administration.Under the leadership of the Executive Director, facilitate the development and implementation of annual program operational goals governing the Fund’s core operation and programmatic functions for the two divisions, and FALC.Program Operations Division :Benefits Utilization and Review, Registration and Enrollment and Joseph Tauber ScholarshipProgram Development Division :Anne Shore Camp and Sleep-away Program, Program Services Unit, Youth Mentoring Program, Workforce 2000Future of America Learning CenterSupervise and provide ongoing support/guidance to Associate Directors and Senior Manager including the review of divisions’ operational and personnel status, program outcomes and detail and summary reports and resource needs, standard operating procedures and Strategic Support Division internal audit findingsMonitor and assess division resources including program budgets tracking, allocations and personnel resources including staff development and/or training needsDevelop and provide comprehensive reports, summaries and annual reports for review and regulatory compliance reporting to the Executive Director, Child Care Fund (CCF)/President, Child Care Corporation (CCC), Board of Trustees and Board of DirectorsFacilitate intradepartmental coordination and collaboration of efforts between internal program division leadership and units team to achieve program goals and initiatives in CCF/CCC; maintain relationships with internal Funds and external stakeholders and communicate CCF/CCC’s mission and visionEstablish and maintain effective working relationships with public and private entities as well as constituents, employees and vendorsCommunicate effectively and collaboratively with executive leadership, internal staff, and external customers in a professional mannerPerform additional duties and projects as assigned by managementQualificationsMaster’s degree in Education, Social Work, Psychology, Administration or related fieldsMinimum ten (10) years of experience in a progressive management/supervision capacity with the accountability of directing the activities of a professional staff, and in collaboration with senior leadership to attain the values and mission of organization goals and objectivesExcellent verbal and written communication skills; able to handle multiple priorities and work well under pressure and independentlyAbility to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends and travel as needed
