Director Of Patient Care Services Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of hospice care teams
- Determine the hiring, retention, discipline, counseling or termination of the team clinicians
- Facilitate the agency’s QAPI program and/or in response to concerns related to the patient/patient care
- Identify, develop and implement educational opportunities and training tools for staff members
- Other Key Responsibilities as listed in Job Description
Director Of Patient Care Services Requirements
- CA Licensed RN/BSN or MSN Required
- 5+ Years Hospice experience and 3+ years Supervisory role
- Valid CA driving license, good driving record and reliable transportation
- COVID-19 & TB Vax required
