Job Description $10,000 SIGN ON BONUS As a local Inland Empire hospice provider, we deliver personalized hospice care to hundreds of patients and their families in the comfort of their own homes. Responsibilities: Supervise staff Facilitate meetings Recruit, retain, and train nurses and other clinical staff Inform staff of new policies and procedures Maintain an effective relationship with management staff, partners and the general public Coordinate hospice services for each patient and family Make field visits to evaluate the appropriateness, determine eligibility for services, and present hospice program Coordinate admission process through assignment to clinical staff and/or performing field admission visits Coordinate admission paperwork to ensure timely completion and accuracy Will also be responsible for the overall direction and guidance of all patient care services Qualifications: Registered Nurse license (required) Valid Driver’s license (required) 3 years of Hospice experience (required) 3 years of clinical management experience (required) 2 years of Hospice MD experience (required)
