Venice Family Clinic has eleven clinical sites with over 350 staff, 1,700 volunteers, and a budget of $50 million.

We provide high quality, comprehensive primary and specialty health care, dental, mental health, substance use treatment and child development services to underserved individuals and families on the Westside of Los Angeles.

nn nnIn this role, you will serve as the Human Resources Director for the Venice Family Clinic, a community health center affiliated with UCLA.

You will serve as member of the VFC’s large management team.

Your primary functions include: supervising H.R.

staff and managing the operations of the Clinic’s Human Resources office that serves approximately 400 staff employees, advise and strategize with the management team on policy interpretation and/or implementation and recommend actions and resolve problems.

You will also research and analyze information to support the development of staff policies and procedure and identify, develop, and implement communication and training programs for managers, supervisors, and staff; ensure confidentiality of sensitive personnel and payroll information.nn nn nnUCLA is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
