Visit for more information.ResponsibilitiesRN *20K sign on bonus*Operating RoomIs responsible for ongoing assessment and maintenance of nursing department quality processes, including, but not limited to Medication Management, JCAHO Core Measures, Pneumovax /Influenza Protocol, medical record review, as well as coordination of the Performance Improvement monitoring for these quality processes.
Collaborates with other departments for shared processes, i.

Pharmacy, Nursing Education, Quality and risk Management, JCAHO process teams.
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Working knowledge of CMS, Title 22, JCAHO standards, and other regulatory agency requirements Knowledge of current nursing theory and practice as it relates to the clinical work area.
