Responsibilities Perform quality checks on completed designs for quality, accuracy, and conformance to prescription Provide feedback to design team to improve quality Set team standards for quality and accuracy Monitor production of design team Work with team manager on quality improvement and implementation Train team members on design quality Coordinate testing for the introduction of new design capabilities Qualifications Skills Required 10+ years experience as dental technician working on ortho, prosthesis and dental restorations Sound knowledge of the general contour of supporting tissues, dental anatomy, implant components Solid understanding of 3Shape, Exocad design software, and IOS scanners Customer-centricity, put the customer at the center of all work Ability to problem-solve both independently and in a team environment Ability to think strategically Excellent documentation skills
