Dentist – Near LA – Children’s Center – $400,000 a Year Potential
I am representing an outstanding group outside of Los Angeles seeking to hire an Associate Dentist on a permanent/full-time basis or a part-time Monday-Wednesday basis. You can choose to see patients 17 and under all five days or patients 17 and under three days and adults two days. If you work part-time Monday-Wednesday, you will only see patients 17 and under.
Compensation: Up to 30% of net production that exceeds your daily guarantee. Guarantee base pay is $650-$750 for 90 days—full-time Monday-Friday.
Benefits: Health insurance HMO/PPO, company pays 60% for full-time providers. Dental at cost.
Support/Facilities: State-of-the-art facilities. A strong administrative team enables you to work without worry over billings, collections, hiring, scheduling, etc. You will see about 35 patients a day. This is a Child Dental Center, and you will only be seeing patients 17 and under.
Desired Candidate Parameters: Open to all experience levels, new grad and up. Must have good patience, see a full schedule, and have an excellent chairside manner.
