Dental Financial Coordinator
– $27-$33 Per Hour + Bonuses
Our ideal Dental Treatment Coordinator is tenacious, feels comfortable talking about money with patients and has at least 5 years experience working in a dental practice.
Must have at least some Ortho front office experience.
Privately owned practice locations are in Beverly Hills, Century City, Downtown LA and Toluca Lake.
This is a Full Time Position.
Monday
– Friday, some days are 8AM to 5PM, some are 10AM to 7PM.
Compensation:
$27 to $33/hr

Duties for our Dental Treatment Coordinator include:
Explain the treatment plan, address patient concerns and answer any questions.
Assist the patient in prioritizing the treatment and establish a plan for scheduling and payment
Communicate with all outside and third-party financing companies offered to patients and educate patients on the available outside financing options.
Including e-Assist.
Track patient accounts receivable and outstanding balances to ensure timely payment.
Perform general office duties and other duties as required.
