You will be responsible for coordinating and managing all services requested by the school, placing the highest caliber of Education Professionals to our clients.
These services include working as a liaison between schools and Cross Country Education field employees, fulfilling day-to-day requests as well as long-term services.Essential Functions:Offer assignments at client facilities to qualified field staffProvide first level support to both filed staff and clientsManage open orders and fill open shifts with qualified field staffAnswer phones, text, and email correspondence between schools and Cross Country Education field staff and prioritize tasks as neededFoster and maintain excellent relationships between clients, field staff, and corporate teamData entry (orders, employee files, etc.)Contributes to quality control checksOther relevant duties as assigned by managementRequired Skills:Computer/Technological skillsStrong work ethicProblem solving skillsAnalytical/Research skillsEffective communication skillsAdaptive team playerAbility to process feedbackTime management skillsOrganizational SkillsRequired Experience:High School diploma or equivalent requiredStrong Technology experience using Microsoft Office programs (i.E.
