We are deeply committed to creating a positive impact on society and the environment.Under the supervision of the Director of Operations, the Administrator directs and coordinates all aspects of the Center’s overall program, including Program Services, Nursing Services, Administrative Department, Human Resources, Social Services, Therapeutic Recreation, and community relations.The Administrator ensures compliance with established policies and procedures of the overall program and timely completion of respective reporting requirements.
The Administrator is also responsible for the maintenance of Quality Improvement activities to ensure compliance with current licensing and accrediting policies and regulations.
In addition, the Administrator supports all disciplines in the development of a marketing strategy and efforts to network with existing potential referral sources.POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:Knowledge and experience in recovery-oriented services providing client-oriented and driven services.A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, RN or a field related to mental health.A minimum of five years in a clinical setting at least one of which must have been in a mental health setting, and two or more years in a supervisory capacity.Regulatory Experience and Knowledge of CARF standards and Crisis Stabilization criteria.Experience in working with health care and mental health regulatory agencies.Prior experience working in Crisis Stabilization programs preferredExcellent Communication, and team building SkillsAbility to teach, mentor and model to all levels of personnel teamProven ability to work with others, at all levels within the organization, and collaborate effectively.Above average interpersonal and written and oral communication skills.Experience with and ability to build and maintain an effective team.Demonstrates the ability to facilitate a group process.Experience in supervising a team of professional, paraprofessional and peer providers working within the program.This position is located in the Fallbrook, CA community, relocation assistance is available.We offer Full Time employees comprehensive health benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, AD& D) as well as generous time away programs, flexible schedules, extensive training, tuition reimbursement and 401k retirement programs.Crestwood Pandemic Response:Supporting the safety and health of our clients and staff is our highest priority, responsibility, and privilege.
