What is the average day like?
- You will be responsible for training, supervising and developing a group of behavior specialists that provide direct and specific CBT care to our patients, in both IOP and PHP programs
- Work with our Behavior Specialists in coordination with Rogers’ leading Psychologists to design and implement CBT-specific treatment plans for those with Anxiety and OCD
What are the requirements for this role?
- A Ph.D or Psy.D. in behavioral sciences (i.e., clinical, school, or counseling psychology)
- At least two years’ experience working with CBT, to ensure supervision eligibility.
- Preference to licensed eligible candidates inn the state of CA as a Psychologist, for a minimum of 2 years. (To meet requirements to provide supervision to our Behavior Specialists)
- Must be fully vaccinated for Covid unless approved for a medical or religious exemption.
Salary: $111,346.56 (starting) to $148,462.08 (mid-point), based on your number of years of experience.
