Develops recruitment strategies and yearly goals which promote and recruit subjects for clinical trials.2.
Completes, organizes and maintains recruitment records for clinical research studies.3.
Screens and evaluates volunteers for clinical trial participation by identifying subjects which meet enrollment goals.4.
Designs study-specific materials for publication.5.
Creates an inviting and friendly environment for research participants.6.
Measures and reports the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.7.
Develops recruitment materials and facilitate public promotion including social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, etc.) with approval for all public relations, outreach and marketing activities.8.
