Project Manager (Patient Access and Clinical PM) IMMEDIATE NEED for a 2 Project Managerz (Patient Access and Clincal Project Manager) to join a world-renowned healthcare researcherprovider in the Los Angeles area. The Project Management Office is searching for a PM (Patient Access Center). This role is a remote opportunity. Qualifications 7+ years of healthcare IT project management experience Must have a solid technical project management background Proven Call Center Access Center implementation experience Experience around workflows as it pertains to call center operations and customer transitions Demonstrated knowledge of the Agile project management methodology Telecom infrastructure upgradeimplementation experience preferred Experience with CRM software and integrations with telephony and clinical software solutions Experience implementing Salesforce Health Cloud strongly preferred Experience with budgeting, analysis, and common project management tools Strong educational background, preferably in the fields of computer science, business, andor technology Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional technical, business, and clinical teams Ability to effectively manage multiple vendors within a complex project and competing priorities, while maintaining attention to detail Strong documentationartifacts management skills PMP preferred, but extensive relevant experience will be accepted in lieu of PMP Clinical PM Role 7+ years of total post-collegiate relevant professional experience 5+ years of project management experience leading projects, including requesting securing approval to start projects through project closeout 3+ years of project management experience implementing clinical solutions in a hospital, health system, or healthcare environment Experience with all phases of project management, with demonstrated success across a variety of project types with a focus on clinical system implementations Proficiency of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management including tools and techniques (e.g., project planning, riskissue management, governance, costbenefit analysis, project change controls) Ability to facilitate working sessions with large, cross-functional teams (business, clinical, technical) Ability to efficiently manage multiple projects concurrently, frequently navigating between multiple projects daily An ability to quickly adapt to changes in a dynamic environment Experience developing business cases Experience building and managing budgets and budget forecasting Prior experience with Cerner or similar EMRclinical solutions Experience working in a centralized PMO environment Please send your resume to Andrew Butler, Senior Technical Recruiter for immediate consideration.
