It’s Work That Matters.
The Clinical Practice Leader in Ambulatory is a clinician with an expert knowledge base, complex decision-making skills, and clinical competencies.
The Clinical Practice Leader will partner with the Education Department, CS Ambulatory Leadership and Managers and will have the p rimary responsibility for providing clinical expertise and practice, education and quality improvement in their assigned departments or specialty.
The Clinical Practice Leader will work in conjunction with the leadership team of their department/specialtyand will actively participate with interprofessional teams in the development of policies and procedures, patient care protocols, and standards of practice and education.
The Clinical Practice Leader will also demonstrate commitment to staff and patient and family -focused model of care.
Minimum Qualifications: 3
– 5 years clinical experience, teaching, quality improvement experience in a healthcare environment.
Pediatric experience required.
You must be willing to reside in the state of California, and have a primary work site in the state of California, to be considered for this position.
