Sodexo is seeking a Clinical Nutrition Manager (Registered Dietitian) to join our dynamic team at Hollenbeck Palms in Los Angeles, CA. This vibrant, upscale CCRC (continuing care retirement community) offers Residents a rewarding, active lifestyle, as well as comprehensive healthcare services and accommodations, if needed. 


The CNM will oversee the clinical nutrition programs, while also working closely with the Executive Chef to provide oversight of the food service operations.  Ideally, this candidate will have some experience in food service and regulatory compliance.  Preferred schedule is Sunday through Thursday.


The ideal candidate will:

  • be a Registered Dietitian with clinical experience;
  • serve in a leadership role for the Food and Nutrition Services system on campus;
  • be responsible for managing and developing the clinical nutrition and wellness programs;

Qualifications & Requirements:

Basic Education Requirement – Bachelor’s Degree

Basic Functional Experience – 1 year work experience in health care including hospitals, nursing homes, assisted or independent living facilities, long-term care, retirement homes, or clinics + Meets eligibility requirements for certification as a Registered Dietitian
