This comprehensive women’s and children’s department has support for newborns and mothers including: Antepartum, Labor and Delivery, Women’s Surgical Services, Postpartum and NICU.

- Reports to Nurse Director of Maternal Child Health
- 9 L&D, 5 triage, 2 OR, and 4 PACU beds.
- Approximately 74 direct reports
- Average 215 deliveries per month

The Labor and Delivery Nurse Manager will work with a skilled team of LD, NICU and Postpartum nurses, OBGYNs, Surgical Technicians, and Midwifes. The advanced women and children’s health team provide family centered care during an exciting time!
The RN Manager will work collaboratively with Postpartum and NICU Clinical leadership. The experienced Nurse will use their experience and advanced education to lead an efficient NICU and Maternal Child Department. This hospital is consistently looking to improve labor and delivery department metrics such as decreasing caesarean delivery rates and improving patient experience. The OBGYNs and Nursing Staff maintain open communication and have great working relationships.
