Artemis Healthcare Staffing is seeking a dedicated and passionate professional to join our client’s team!

Position Name: Clinical Director

Location: Sonoma County

Employment Type: Direct-Hire & Permanent

Setting: Treatment Center

Pay: $135,000-$170,000

Shift: Full-Time, Normal Business Hours

Qualifications

– Licensed PhD, PsyD, LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC for 3 years

– 4 years of experience working with adolescents in substance use, mental health, and co-occurring disorders.

– 2 years of clinical care and management/supervisory experience in a residential treatment or acute care environment.

– Familiarity with current legal standards related to professional practice, reporting obligations, and professional boundaries.

– Management experience leading a team of 5 direct reports.

– Understanding of the 12-step recovery model (e.g., AA, CA, NA, Al-Anon).

– Strongly preferred: California Board of Behavioral Sciences approved supervisor.

– Preferred: Proficiency in evidence-based individual and group treatments for clients with substance use, mental health, and co-occurring issues.

Job Summary

– Leads clinical care and daily operations of an 18-bed all girls residential program in Sonoma County.

– Ensures high-quality treatment and strong program performance through strategic oversight and hands-on leadership.

– Oversees delivery of therapy services, ensuring alignment with evidence-based practices and regulatory standards.

– Facilitates treatment planning and clinical collaboration, focusing on trauma-informed and family-centered approaches.

– Manages clinical staff, providing supervision, hiring, training, and evaluating team members to align with clinical standards.

– Oversees daily program operations, coordinating with education, facilities, and admissions for cohesive care.

– Tracks program KPIs, manages staffing models and resources, and implements operational improvements.

– Ensures compliance with licensing, accreditation, and payer requirements, maintaining audit readiness.

– Collaborates with cross-functional teams to coordinate care delivery and enhance treatment outcomes.

– Contributes to strategic planning and program development initiatives to support organizational goals and growth.
