In the role of Clinical Chemistry Lab Supervisor, this leader will supervise chemistry laboratory operations to include guidance in the distribution of workload to maintain quality and efficiency, maintain effective communication of chemical testing results, and work closely with the laboratory management team in order to achieve laboratory efficiency.

As the Clinical Chemistry Lab Supervisor, this motivated individual will provide staff training to new and current laboratory personnel, assist in outside lab testing, shipping, and supply orders, and validate that all quality control procedures and documentation are in compliance and up to date with ISO 17025 guidelines as well as all technical procedures and that they are properly followed in collaboration with the Chemistry Technical Manager and the Chemistry Operations Manager. Prior leadership experience in a clinical lab setting as well as familiarity with OSHA guidelines and a Bachelor’s degree will make for quick interviews!
