We aim to lead the way in health care in South Los Angeles, as the premier provider and employer of choice offering comprehensive, high quality, affordable, efficient and culturally responsive services.General Summary:The Clinic Operations Manager oversees and manages the day-to-day operational functions for all clinics and is responsible for planning, coordinating, directing and monitoring all operational aspects in accordance with regulatory requirements. The Clinic Operations Manager will be responsible for management of a team of Patient Services Representatives Supervisors and Managers, as well as, Patient Services Representatives, and Call Center Operators. This position works closely with the Director of Operations to implement SCFHC vision and will oversee employees and delegate work tasks throughout the clinic to ensure that the tasks are completed properly and in a timely manner, within budget and in compliance with quality and regulatory standards.Education and Knowledge· BA Degree or equivalent work experience· High School Diploma required· Demonstrate knowledge of safety, infection control & emergency policies and procedures.· Require knowledge of office equipment, medical terminology, customer service, and some medical billing experience.Experience· Three (3) years clinical experience with primary health care clinic, FQHCs, and preferred.· Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Quality Plans, Safety & Risk and medical coding· Minimum of two years’ experience as a supervisor, manager or director in a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC)· Preferred experienced with OSHA Safety/Environmental guidelines and regulations· Experience working with clients or patients and staff from diverse socio-economic, ethnic and cultural backgrounds.Skills and Abilities· Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills· Must have proven ability to drive team and individual performance to reach or exceed key performance metrics.· Excellent collaboration skills required for community relationship building· Proficient in Nextgen Electronic Health Records (EHR) and data extraction/reporting preferred· Knowledge of Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) compliance preferred· Must be able to communicate effectively, in English/Spanish both verbally and writtenTO APPLY: https://recruiting.paylocity.com/recruiting/jobs/All/325da02f-904e-426b-ab73-f734fa9906c9/South-Central-Family-Health-CentJob Type: Full-timePay: $60,000.00 – $70,000.00 per yearBenefits:• 401(k)• Dental insurance• Employee discount• Health insurance• Paid time off• Retirement plan• Vision insuranceSchedule:• 8 hour shiftEducation:• Bachelor’s (Required)Experience:• Management Experience: 2 years (Required)• Health care clinical, FQHC: 3 years (Required)Language:• English/Spanish both verbally and written (Required)Work Location:• Multiple locationsWork Remotely:• No
