Circadia Health: Account Manager

ResponsibilitiesBuild relationships with assigned customers, help them with issues, and continually delight them with a positive, customer-centric attitude.Provide proactive strategy with their assigned customer accountsWork with customers to ensure they are leveraging Circadia effectively and finding value in our servicesBecome an expert in Circadia and educate customers on the use and benefits of our productsWork closely with Sales, Support, Billing, and other Technical teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience and take care of any customer issuesBe a customer advocate while capturing customer feedback and reporting requests to Product Management and DevelopmentEfficiently manage time to focus on essential activities to ensure customer satisfaction, account renewal, and account growthDevelop and share best practices with team members to continually improve the quality, effectiveness, and efficiency of our processesMaintain a revenue base by managing account retention and renewalDrive upgrade revenue through increased product adoption and increased usageForecast and track key account metrics (e.G.

quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholdersPrepare reports on account statusCollaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territoryServe as the lead point of contact for all customer account management mattersBuild and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationshipsRequirementsExperience working in the medical device/technology sector OR working for a SaaS businessBasic familarity with clinical diseases or knowledgeStrong verbal and written communication skillsExcellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilitiesSolid experience with CRM software (e.G.
