The JobWe are hiring responsible, trustworthy individuals to join the Ciox team for a specialized, part-time role as a Chart Retrieval Specialist.Responsibilities:We are hiring responsible, trustworthy individuals to join the Ciox team for a specialized, part-time role as a Chart Retrieval Specialist.

Following your successful completion of a paid training program, you will be assigned to a support team in your geographic area.

Each week, you will receive a list of appointments at local Healthcare Facilities.

You will arrive at scheduled times and scan/upload the assigned medical records using Ciox equipment and processes.Most Chart Retrieval Specialists work an average of 20-28 hours each week offering you the chance to balance work with the other priorities in your life.

During the busier months (May-September), you may have the opportunity to increase appointments and your hours.

Given the nature of this work in a field-based role, new Chart Retrieval Specialists find the most success when they maintain frequent communication with their regional support team.

Retrieving medical charts does require a certain measure of technical skills, but those who remain open to new experiences and flexible in learning new processes will have opportunities for growth and development that could lead to advancement.

CompensationCompetitive hourly rateMileage reimbursementPerformance/Quality bonusCompany paid trainingQualifications:High school diploma or GEDMust be at least 18 years of age1+ years experience in a customer-focused service role preferredExperience with technology systems-PC, scanners, smartphones (company supplied tool kit)Track record of independent, quality work completed on scheduleAdaptability-problem solver to work through technology and process-based challengesReliable transportation to scheduled appointments/sites for retrievalsBe available normal business hours, Mon – Fri 8-5 for schedulingMust have high-speed internet access (25 Mbps)Some experience/understanding of Medical Charts is a plus.Have the ability to maneuver/roll/lift provided equipment case (45 lbs.)With very limited exceptions (medical conditions or sincerely held religious beliefs that prohibit you from getting the vaccine), one of the requirements for this job is that you be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.Except for states where legally prohibited to enforce mandates.
