Your Role
As a Psychiatric Prescriber, you will work as part of an interdisciplinary team providing the highest-quality care through innovative, evidence-based treatment that is tailored to help patients achieve success. aptihealth is an easy-to-use platform that provides the tools to fully integrate physician and prescriber care. You will use your clinical proficiency, along with the aptihealth platform to deliver the best possible outcomes.

Responsibilities
- Receive referrals from physicians through the aptihealth easy-to-use platform and integrated tools
- Provide high-quality brief and long-term psychiatric care to members virtually (teleconferencing)
- Perform medication management
- Provide feedback in collaboration with your dedicated care team to enable improvements and deliver superior care
Requirements
- Psychiatrist, Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, PhD/PsyD (with prescription privileges)
- Must possess or have the ability to obtain an unrestricted New York license (All States Considered)
- Must have at least 3+ years experience prescribing medication as a PMHNP-BC or PNP
- Direct experience with children and adolescents required (ages 5-17)
- Knowledge and competency regarding diagnosis, assessment and treatment of behavioral health services
- Ability to handle member needs with compassion and care
- Passionate about being a trusted partner to transform behavioral healthcare
- Some early evening hours required
